This Learning Journal was developed for the revitalized REDD+ Academy. It sets out the legal and policy basis for benefit sharing in jurisdictional REDD+, the principles that make an arrangement fair and equitable, and the elements an arrangement must resolve, with country examples of how particular jurisdictions have handled each of them.
